Position: Fashion Stylist
Location: Remote (UK-based applicants preferred)

Job Description:

As a Fashion Stylist at MasonandFinch, you will play a central role in curating and styling our product offerings to resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to develop visually appealing and trend-setting looks for our online shop and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research current fashion trends, styles, and consumer preferences to stay informed.

  • Collaborate with the product team to select and present merchandise for photoshoots and promotional materials.

  • Conceptualize and execute creative fashion photoshoots, ensuring styling reflects the MasonandFinch brand aesthetic.

  • Create engaging and compelling content for product descriptions and social media posts.

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including fashion shows, events, and influencer collaborations.

  • Provide fashion and styling advice to customers through various communication channels, including email and social media.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a fashion stylist or in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce fashion industry.

  • Strong passion for fashion and a keen eye for style, trends, and aesthetics.

  • Excellent knowledge of fashion brands, designers, and emerging trends.

  • Creative flair and the ability to think outside the box when styling outfits and creating content.

  • Proficiency in fashion styling techniques, including colour coordination, accessorising, and garment fitting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with photo editing software and content creation tools is a plus.

  • A bachelor's degree in fashion design, merchandising, or a related field is advantageous.
